All our prices are quoted with a mixed VAT rate of 3% and 16% included, based on the transitional regime of 2023 fixing the normal VAT rate at 16%*. In the event of non-renewal of this rate beyond 31 December 2023, the overall project price will be updated on the basis of the new VAT rate in force, depending on the progress of the Project and the related invoicing. In this event, the new VAT rate in force will be applied to the constructions not yet completed.
